The FLUX HEXA is FLUX’s most powerful desktop CO₂ laser system, designed for users who need higher throughput, deeper cutting capability, and consistent precision across long production runs. Powered by a 60W CO₂ laser tube, HEXA is built to handle demanding engraving and cutting tasks across wood, acrylic, leather, rubber, fabric, glass, stone, and coated metals. Its expanded working area, electric bed lift, and high-speed motion system make it a practical upgrade for workshops, studios, and small-scale production environments.

HEXA is equipped with a newly developed 60W high-spec CO₂ laser tube, offering higher cutting efficiency and improved optical performance compared to previous FLUX desktop systems. The upgraded optical path uses a 38mm focus lens, allowing for better energy concentration and cleaner results on thicker materials.

A built-in cleaning drawer simplifies post-job maintenance without removing the full bed assembly.

Safety systems are built into every layer of the machine, including lid sensors, temperature monitoring, fire warnings, and a high-powered exhaust system. HEXA is operated using FLUX Beam Studio software, which supports common design formats and integrates easily with professional CAD and graphics tools.
