What is an open box machine?

Our open box machines have been previously opened and used, they will be graded Gold, Silver or Bronze depending on the condition they are in so you can know what to expect. These machines have either been returned by a customer (not necessarily due to damage or fault) or they are an ex-demo machine, meaning that they may have marks from previous use. If the machine has been returned due to a fault they will have been completely repaired and the machine is now in full working order. The Open Box machines have a 9, 6 or 3 month warranty depending on the grade of the machine and a 90 day warranty on the laser tube unless stated otherwise. please read below for more details on each grade of machine.

Gold, Silver or Bronze Condition

Gold:

• Little to no visible marks from use
• Minor work done
• Test print done
• 9 months warranty

Silver:

• Repaired machine works like new
• Marks from use
• Machine sold back after upgrading to larger machine
• Visible marks on machine frame
• 6 months warranty

Bronze:

• Clearly used
• Ex-demo
• 3 months warranty
