Collins Pack Black

Collins Pack Black TWK2103H cartridge is a water pigment-based ink that can be used on almost all permeable surfaces. The Collins Pack Black TWK2103H is a very black ink and generates high quality, scannable images and dries well on transit outer packaging substrates.

• Jetting parameters: 10.2v, 2.2us, Pulse Warming ON
• Shelf life: 24 months

Collins Data Black

Collins Data Black ink TWK1966H is dye-based and designed to print on pharmaceutical boxes. It produces high quality, darker, scannable images and has a fast dry time on regular and coated substrates, or alternatively for non-pharma applications allows you to obtain great legibility at half the print resolution!

Collins Endurance Black

The Collins Endurance TWK2010H ink is a black, dye-based ink designed for bulk applications. It provides a dark image and high contrast which results in high ink cartridge throughput, giving you lower impression costs as a result and has an extended decal time so that you never lose the first part of a code after a break in the production flow.

• Targeted at matte, glossy paper and chipboard style substrates

Collins Max3 Black

The Kao Collins Max3 TWK1396 ink cartridges is a water/solvent-based formulation that prints on non-porous substrates. TWK1396 Max 3 is a semi-aggressive, fast drying ink that produces a quality image that is damp/wet smudge resistant on a variety of media.

• Jetting parameters: 10.2v, 2.2us, Pulse Warming ON
• PVC, Tyvek, Plastic Cards, Aqueous Media
• Operating conditions: 10ºC to 40ºC
• Storage temperature: 10ºC to 30ºC
• This ink is non-hazchem

Collins Superfast Black

The Super-Fast Black Ink TWK1961H is a dye-based ink that was designed to print on scratch-off lottery tickets. It will provide you with a high-quality, darker scannable image that dries well on coated and non-coated substrates. The Super-Fast Black Ink TWK1961H provides adequate decap time with very little maintenance.

Collins Sigma Black

Kao Collins Sigma is a solvent-based ink formulated to dry quickly on difficult media such as plastic films, PVC, UV coats and some metals. This ink offers extended decap times and shelf life.

• Jetting parameters: 8.4v, 1.8us, Pulse Warming OFF
• PE, PET & PP Films, PVC, UV Coated Media, Some metals (degreased)
• Operating conditions: 10ºC to 40ºC
• Storage temperature: 10ºC to 30ºC
• This ink is classified as UN1210, HazChem for shipment
• Shelf life: 24 months

There are many manufacturers of printers that integrate this Kao Collins IUT 1” Cartridge, but watch out, some of them are 'locked' to ink cartridges supplied by the manufacturer only - and resulting in the user paying higher ink prices during the lifetime of the printer.
