Brexit - Important Announcement
As you all know, the United Kingdom left the EU Single Market on December 31st 2020. However, this will make no difference to your purchases from us or our website.
As of January 1st 2021, all of our sales to our European customers will continue to ship from our Netherlands facilities and will in addition be sold to you by our EU registered company, Daemon Print Supplies.
We established our EU subsidiary company in the Netherlands in January 2018 and have been fulfilling your orders from our Netherlands warehouse since.
So, for EU customers there will be no change to Sales Tax, Duty or transit times. As a supplier, we remain in the EU and you will see no changes to our products and services at all.
However, for EU customers where we only hold goods in the UK, please be aware that you will be asked for Sales Tax payments by the courier companies at point of delivery. You will be able to reclaim these Sales Tax payments via your normal tax returns. However, we will contact you to ensure that you do still want the goods shipped in this situation.
Specifically, for our Netherlands customers, as you will now be purchasing from an NL Domestic supplier, you will be charged BTW as a local sale and can reclaim on your BTW return in the usual way.
